Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP

NetSuite is our ERP and system of record for our financials and reporting.

I've used Oracle and SAP previously. I prefer NetSuite, given how it's all integrated and how easy it is to use.

Netsuite is easy to use and integrates well with many add-on products.
We have only contacted support when we had significant issues impacting close. I wish the response time was faster. It hasn't been terrible but just wish it was more timely.
NetSuite is easy to use for small to medium-sized businesses. Given the number of records and size of the organization, it may not be a perfect fit for larger enterprises.
