We use the phone systems and fax services. We have both physical phones in our physical office and home offices, along with cellphone and computer applications which allow us to answer the calls no matter where we are working on any given day. This allows us to easily communication with our clients.
The fax services is also vital to our organization as we work with the IRS who is still using fax as the primary source for communications.

- Provides the first stage communication option with prospective clients
- Our clients enjoy to ability to text information using their normal messaging services
- Voicemail transcriptions which allow us to screen and prioritize callers
- Zoom and GoTo Meeting
Provides a moral formal business line option. This system allowed for a much more streamline communication option for us. We are able to use the system with various applications. The price was also very reasonable for our needs and the services were customized to our business size. We appreciated the great customer service and transparent pricing.
