Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service

We have about 60 Polycom phones distributed in 5 satellite offices and managed by a vendor and myself. The phones have been relatively easy to setup, easy to distribute to other offices with no glitches. Easy to forward and retrieve messages.

  • Softphone setup
  • Management of texting app
  • would rather see 4 digit exts instead of DD
  • auto-update directory when new phones are added
  • Price was great for installation
  • Price is reasonable for maintenance
  • I feel our social workers are more up-to-date with Nextiva
We never really had full functionality with our last phone system. Nextiva, we are able to use almost all the features.

We have a program that needs all 4 of their phones to ring at once, but have call-out functionality separate. Does groups well.
A couple programs love the voicemail to text in email option.

Have not had luck with the texting app on smartphones ..... too many hoops to jump through since the law changed about business texting.
