It is also useful for the people managers and senior management in tracking employee's performance in terms of their time check-ins and adhering to workplace guidelines. NICE provides the managers to filter out their employees based on their line of businesses as well

It is a great tool for the supervisors and senior management to always have a look on activities made by their employees and remind them to adhere to their schedules to avoid misses on adherence. However the user interface should be improved.
