Overall Satisfaction with ON24
ON24 is being used across the whole organization. Direct impact to my team is we have used ON24 to produce e-Learning (on-demand). Solve the business problem of developing learning quickly, in an agile way, and puts the SMRs in the driver seats as not much is dependent on other learning vendors, etc. Also it's a cost effective means of producing eLearning.

- Integration to our learning admin system - hence it's another system that we need to consider when it comes to reporting learning consumption.
- Would be good in live demand to be able to have multiple video streams of the presenter.

- The cost efficiency allows us to be able to produce more training as needed.
- Gain in terms of time efficiency given the SMRs/content developers are in the driver's seat and can produce their own on-demand content.
ON24 vs. Webex/Adobe Connect - ability to do a breakout room in webex/Adobe Connect, white boarding.
ON24 vs. Articulate Storyline - more advanced / polish / feature to create eLearning/web-based learnings vs. ON24. However, you need a designer/someone that is more versed in Articulate Storyline to produce the content.
