Overall Satisfaction with ON24

We use ON24 as a platform for our webinars. As opposed to Zoom, ON24 provides a much cleaner customer experience. It enables the customer to access resources when they need them. It also provides great options to report on engagement which is a terrific way to improve the sales journey.

The engagement data that ON24 provides is incredible. It has allowed us to really dive into the user experience. We noticed that our users love the resources section and have therefore improved the content. We have also noticed a much higher engagement in the Q&A section. With the data being collected upon a customer registering, we can now more easily get back to our customers if we didn't manage to answer their questions during the live Q&A.
ON24 is so highly engaging and current, that I wish all virtual and hybrid events were hosted on this platform. We are soon going to host in-person events which we haven't done since 2020 and with ON24, we feel confident to make it a hybrid environment to connect with all the potential customers.
Pretty much everything can be customized. It is a great fit for our company but even more when I look at what other companies from all sorts of industries are doing with "their ON24". Whether it's HR, softwares, or global tech. It all fits.
  • Zoom
Zoom is great for meetings and smaller gatherings. But if you want to really showcase your business, you cannot get around ON24. I notice that ON24 also offers breakout rooms now which is helpful. On ON24 the user experience is so much better. The user can modify their own screen based on their needs. Zoom doesn't offer the option to provide resources on demand. If you just posted it in the chatbox and people started commenting, the resource would be lost. On ON24 it is there, right in front of you, the whole time. Excellent!

ON24 is an amazing platform to engage with customers on a highly professional level. Zoom is great for meetings but if you want to reach a wider audience, and have the opportunity to really showcase the high class of your business, then you cannot get around ON24. Intuitive to use, friendly tech and sales support always available, and overall a fantastic user experience. We love using ON24 for our webinars and will never look back to Zoom.
