It allows us to have engagement with our clients, and by engaging with them directly, we are able to address their key concerns and questions. It has also been a great platform for us to host panel discussions with stakeholders who are not based in Singapore without the need to fly them in.

We use the engagement data to nurture leads, and it allows us to track if our audience is engaging with our content, eg downloading our reports, going to our website, sending us questions, etc.
ON24 is a pioneer in the virtual events space. I appreciate the fact that they are constantly improving the interface and tools available. In a recent webinar, they have also shown impressive plans to integrate generative ai into the webinar pre and post-creation process, which is exciting.
There is much more room for interactivity and customization. There is also the pre-recording feature which is extremely valuable for our clients.
