Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

We use OneCause to help with our fundraising events. It helps to keep all necessary information in one place.
  • easy auction setup
  • easily add or update supporters
  • adding photos to items needs work, there are too many steps in the process
  • the support you receive from your consultant is outstanding
  • time saving during check out process
It is very user-friendly. There are training videos for every step of the process of setting up your event. There are also help buttons on every page if you still don't understand what to do.
The support you receive at your event is amazing. During the initial phase of signing up, it does take a bit to get signed up and going.

OneCause is user-friendly in being able to easily set up and organize your event. There are many training videos to help you walk through each process. The one thing that could use some improvement would be making it easier to add photos to the auction portion.

During our event, we had 3 consultants there. The consultants made sure we were up and running the entire event. If something happened within the system, it was fixed quickly.
