Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

Outreach is being used by the whole organization. We use Outreach to send both mass and single "one-off" emails. We also use it to address any reports and metrics to understand what specific emails are successful.
  • Report summary - ability to view how many times an email was opened, replied, and unsubscribed.
  • Ability to add a Chrome extension and have it open without having an additional tab/window, or as I like to call it "snap" feature.
  • Adding LinkedIn prospects/leads in Outreach by using the window "snap" feature.
  • Outreach loading times are especially slow when launching the "snap" feature.
  • Positive impact: Outreach can give reminders or "tasks" through using sequences. This helps by reaching out to anyone who opened an email more times than once or however you want to set it up. It's Outreach's way of giving you a friendly reminder function. It has helped by giving me the ability to get in touch with more leads/prospects that might have viewed the email a couple of times and forgot to respond or whatever the case may be.
Outreach is much more useful than tout because of the analytics and report summary they offer. Also, the ability to create sequences and send a large amount of emails compared to only single "one-off" emails has helped tremendously.
I believe Outreach is a great tool to utilize, especially if your company or team tends to send a large amount of emails. The ability to use metrics to understand if other emails are more successful compared to others can help for the future campaigns.
