An all in one tool for your sales team
Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
Outreach is being used by the entire sales department and a few members of the marketing team. Outreach has been a great tool for keeping our email, phone calls, and customer profiles organized in a easy to use platform. I personally use it everyday to manage my daily tasks. This can range from email reminders to updating customer profiles for the team to view. The sequences are very helpful in volume follow-ups like conferences or webinars.
Pros
- Task management
- Sequences
- SFDC connection
Cons
- An easier way to add prospects to another step in a sequence
- Removing a prospect from a sequence then adding them to another sequence without having to wait for 24 hrs
- Recording calls
- Efficiency with knocking out my tasks for the day
- Synching SFDC and Outreach with a few clicks
- Adding prospects info from LinkedIn to Outreach to SFDC is easy
Much like the Treasure Data platform, Outreach provides an end-to-end platform but for completing daily tasks. Though it's easy to use the taskbar or homepage, I can complete my tasks and follow-up proactively with my prospects. I have not seen another product much like this one. My day is more efficient with the help of Outreach. For example, sending emails through Gmail, I know they will be tracked with Outreach and let me know when a prospect has either opened or clicked an email allowing me to plan my response in a timely manner.
Typically, I can easily push reports to Outreach rather than pull. Outreach makes it easy to upload a certain list of prospects and engage them either through phone calls or email sequences. With this ability, I save time and am able to focus on other priorities. It's very simple, pull a report from SFDC in CVS format then upload the prospect list to Outreach where you can view all the information in one single view.
