Outreach-Great for task automation and making local calls. Comes with one or two glitches...
Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
[It's] Being used primarily by sales. Within sales, it is used by sales associates to automate emails, track email opens and forwards, and make calls. It aims to address the business problem of efficiency. Salespeople already have a lot on their plates. Outreach helps automate as much as possible so that the salesperson doesn't have to remember quite as much and can reach prospects easier.
Pros
- Automated Emails
- Email open and forward tracking
- Manual call and email tasks
- Syncing with Gmail
Cons
- Overlay screen can take up a lot of loading time
- Uploading contacts from Salesforce to Outreach could be easier
- To my understanding, there is no way of uploading contacts via a spreadsheet
N/A. I never generate reports in Outreach. I tried doing it a couple times to track sequence successes and it didn't work at all so I didn't do it again.
- Positive impact reaching out to clients when I wouldn't have time to otherwise.
- Negative SDR reaching out to clients when I didn't want them to. Not enough safeguards against reaching out to clients that I'm already working with.
Haven't worked with them.
