Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

I think the user experience is great with Outreach. The layout is simple and easy for people to get used to.
Just by the sales department and it addresses our prospecting problems (cadences emails, keeps track of prospective clients and provides tasks to SDRs). Typically it is used only by sales but I think our marketing department has used it a couple times to develop template email responses to our current and new members.
  • Accessibility
  • Color scheme and user-friendly
  • Ability to send a large amount of emails at once
  • Scheduling emails appropriately and the difference between sending and scheduling
  • Calls drop all the time
  • The app is tough to work with chrome (crashes a lot)
  • Increased open rate of emails
  • Increased rate of response from cadenced/sequence emails
  • Pipeline stays consistent with the help of the drip campaign
  • Increase in tracking number of calls/emails
UI is great, integration not so much. There have been multiple times when the software has crashed during calls from our prospects using Salesforce and when accessing the Outreach app from chrome. Our management team selected Outreach initially because of the strong customization and sequence capabilities (those are great), however, it seems all the short-comings have been integration with Salesforce and other systems.
Well suited: large email campaigns, the need for fast, easy to access template email responses and for creating detailed sequences for a limited number of tasks.

Less suited: high call volume (call drops all the time), advanced sequence creation and full customizing of sequence steps for specific sales prospecting.
