Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

Most people like it on my team. There are always those who will have a problem with it, but the majority would make it work.
We use Outreach a lot as a sales team. It is our main tool of communication and lead cadencing. We use salesforce alongside it and the two seem to pair up well. There can be some communication issues between the two but nothing you can't work through. Overall it's a great system that is visually pleasing and somewhat simple to operate.

  • Tracking opened emails and bounces
  • Simplifying your work day
  • Better communication with other tools like SalesForce
  • Tasks could be a little more organized
When you want to continuously touch a lead and not put much mind into it the system is very useful. The system also does a very good job of pulling other completing companies in the area so you have an idea of who you are actually speaking with. It could work for most businesses I feel.
