Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
We use Outreach a lot as a sales team. It is our main tool of communication and lead cadencing. We use salesforce alongside it and the two seem to pair up well. There can be some communication issues between the two but nothing you can't work through. Overall it's a great system that is visually pleasing and somewhat simple to operate.

- Better communication with other tools like SalesForce
- Tasks could be a little more organized
I hardly generate reports with Outreach, I typically use salesforce for that.
I don't know specifics, but it does seem like our member success team also uses Outreach. If they had a large issue with it I'm sure we'd use another program, so that's a good sign it's doing alright for them.
