Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
It is being used by the sales team to manage our cold outreach strategy. We use it for both cold emails as well as cold phone calls. Outreach really helps our team keep on track of who they should be contacting when they should be contacting them and of course why they should be contacting them.
Pros
- Scheduling emails
- Creating tasks
- Providing information on open rates and deliveries
Cons
- The telephony is terrible
- Window mode is the worst thing ever
- The sync between SFDC and Outreach is terrible and the API push bogs down our work day
I don't routinely run reports at all this is more used by the management team. I monitor the number of calls I make throughout the day. other than that I don't use them at all.

In the past I spent a lot of time working with both Nina and AJ. The time that I spent working with them was amazing and they were able to swiftly and easily help with all issues that we had. The issues are not personel related but more so product related
