Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

It was extremely hard to figure out how to work...I've been using it for a year-plus and still have trouble. In other words, it was more complicated than it needs to be. Way too many steps to do certain things. I love using it for email blasts, but it takes half an hour to set them up sometimes.
The sales department uses it to make outbound sales calls and take inbound calls as well. We also use it to send email blasts, which it is definitely useful for. The big problem it addresses is the sales follow-up process. Some reps have a hard time keeping up with prospects, and the followup sequences really help.
  • Email blasts. You can send as many or few as you'd like and track them through the process.
  • Outbound calls with headset

  • Inbound and outbound calls get stuck and have to restart
  • Logs me out in the middle of processes
  • Email blasts are hard to do sometimes because of the stages a potential prospect is in
