Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

Overall very usable. Outreach has done a great job of offering a rich feature set without overwhelming the users. Negative user experience stems from the lack of integration with custom objects in SFDC.
My BDR team uses it to connect with inbound prospects. Some AEs use it as well. We strive to do 6-8 touches per prospect and Outreach makes that goal easy ultimately helping to increase our conversion rates.

  • All in one platform
  • Integrations with MQL object (custom objects in SFDC)
  • Adding customizability to Meetings (need to be able to add fields to the form that prospects fill out - we need their phone number!)
  • Ability to sort and organize the imports and triggers
  • Since we're an inbound team, we need more flexibility with Outreach Voice - the ability to round-robin incoming calls and set up call queues
  • Higher conversion from leads to opportunities because it makes that multiple touch outreach so easy. More opps = more pipeline = more revenue ;)
Good! The last remaining feature that I had used Yesware for was their bump to the top of the inbox and send later feature and now that Outreach has those, I have no need for Yesware!
We're an inbound team and Outreach really isn't designed for inbound teams. We make it work but it's more valuable for an outbound team or an AE team.
