Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

Our internal sales team of six people uses it for both quoting new projects and building proposals. We also use the electronic signature for new sales and recurring business.

  • Easy to manage the pending and closed proposals.
  • Not able to export the content library.
  • Integration with other software, such as CRMs, without going through Zapier.
  • Real-time collaboration and multiple workflows would be nice to have.

  • Saves time for management with central documents, templates, and analytics.
  • Saves time for clients with everything in one place during the negotiation and sales process.
Having used different CRMs and sales tools, I must say that PandaDoc has greater design capabilities and is a more complete solution for small sales teams. I don't like the formatting tool as it still needs some improvement in key areas, but the benefits are greater than the small issues our team is experiencing in customizing it to our needs.
PandaDoc does a great job for small businesses with a small set of templates that don't require too much customization. However, it is limited when you have a complex environment with multiple currencies, price ranges, localization and so on. With PandaDoc it's easy to send documents to prospective clients for review and signing.

PandaDoc Experience

We mainly used it in the context of our sales cycle, but we did try an HR pilot project. After some testing, our HR department preferred to stay will DocuSign. It was time consuming for they and they didn't want to change something that wasn't broken.
There is a steep learning curve to be fully operational on PandaDoc. The templates helps save a lot of time.
We didn't interact with the support team.
We integrated PandaDoc with our HubSpot CRM and did a small custom integration in Slack so we could follow our sales successes.
We tried PandaDoc in the early days and didn't choose it at first. We came back almost a year back and we finally decided that PandaDoc was reliable enough to move forward. Since then, there's always been progress and we don't have any major issues.
The PandaDoc team has always been easy to work with and they provide fast answers and documentation.
