Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
Our internal sales team of six people uses it for both quoting new projects and building proposals. We also use the electronic signature for new sales and recurring business.

Having used different CRMs and sales tools, I must say that PandaDoc has greater design capabilities and is a more complete solution for small sales teams. I don't like the formatting tool as it still needs some improvement in key areas, but the benefits are greater than the small issues our team is experiencing in customizing it to our needs.
PandaDoc Experience
We mainly used it in the context of our sales cycle, but we did try an HR pilot project. After some testing, our HR department preferred to stay will DocuSign. It was time consuming for they and they didn't want to change something that wasn't broken.
