Overall Satisfaction with PanTerra Networks

It is our primary phone system. We use it in a call center capacity.

  • Best onboarding I have ever experienced.
  • There are some small issues when dealing with managed firewalls
  • it would be nice if there was a way to organize the text app better.
  • the only negative is click to dial does not function with simplicty collection software.
never a wait time and everything's is fixed within minutes.
This is probably one of the areas where they shine the brightest. As previously mentioned.
Coming for their competitor (unnamed), has increased productivity many times over just on basic functionality alone.
cost is about half, service is double at least.

Call center is great. the functionality of the admin software is idiotproof (speaking as one).
