Overall Satisfaction with PanTerra Streams

What I got as insight from our implementation team was that it did not take much time and the process was quick and easy. Besides that, the short time we were obliged to wait explains how comfortable it is to implement the software.
As a team, we collaborate with ourselves through PanTerra Streams that we are synced and empowered in the communication with our customers. Also, we manage our call from this system that the contact with the customer is handled by this channel. This process also includes the file-sharing that the product appears to be providing this service.

The pricing policy could come first that in the decision the role of the management was enormous. Besides that, the customer service could be listed as another reason why we left Slack that they were not responsive as we expected [them] to be.
