We have benefited from this capability. I am huge on efficiency, so the fact that we are spending more time with potential clients, as opposed to less likely potential clients is very beneficial.
I think it was a lot of work, but I didn’t expect it to be too easy. Always tough learning a new system, but I think it is easy to learn.
Potential buyers are more likely to purchase our services because they are a stronger lead than others. If we know someone has more interest in our product/service, they are definitely more likely to end up doing business with us.

I like pathfactory. I would be willing to try out another system, so I can compare, but it would be tough to sway me to use another system. Due to the reasonable price, I can’t imagine many others can compete.
