Overall Satisfaction with PathFactory

We use PathFactory for lead generation and content engagement. It does a good job of allowing users to easily consume multiple pieces of content.

Pros

  • Provide a good user experience for our customers.
  • Provide a good mobile experience.
  • Able to customize to fit your business needs.

Cons

  • Microsite was very hard to build ourselves. Changing the site can be really confusing and is not always intuitive. We have trouble knowing how to update items to get it to work the way we want it to.
  • Better instructions on how to customize tracks and use the different tools.
  • Users that come in without UTM parameters should still be included in all data reporting.
  • The reporting is confusing.
  • That is hard to determine because we sell through distribution, but it has been very successful with user engagement and lead generation.
We can see the content that users are engaging with even if they don't give us their information.
Tracks are worth the effort, but microsites are not worth the effort.
The new sites we have been using are easier to maintain but we would not have been able to do it without PathFactory support, which has been great.
It has made it very easy for our customers to learn about our product.
My manager selected PathFactory, and I have not evaluated other platforms.

Great for displaying multiple pieces of content to customers in a very easy-to-consume design.
Using pathfactory templates is easier than trying to build your own site.

PathFactory Support

Our customer support person changes all the time but our technical support person Matthew has been tremendous. He is quick to respond and resolves issues in a timely manner. He is a great resource for setting up and changing the site when we something is not working properly.
