Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

Paychex Flex is being used across the organization. It is helpful for time and attendance, onboarding, [and] employee reviews. Completing payroll is much easier through Paychex Flex. Our specialist, Bryan Bowman, is fabulous. He always responds quickly and resolves any issues I have.

I have not used the reporting - I don't think I am fully utilizing everything in Paychex and would like to have some training on features I am not using. Job Postings would be one thing I would be interested in.
Bryan Bowman, my payroll specialist is the BEST! Fast answers to my questions, shows me in detail how to create reports, is always there for me.
We have looked at what ADP has to offer and have not used them.

Entering time can be a bit tedious. I think there is room for improvement. We have to job cost all time including salaried positions, wish there was an easier way to do this.
I like having my own specialist to reach out to whenever I have a problem. He is always very receptive and resolves all of my issues very quickly. We have multiple employees at different job sites so the ability to access their check stubs, time and attendance, [and] W-2 's is extremely helpful.

Relationship with Paychex, Inc.

He made everything sound so simple and that the Paychex system could do anything we needed. Well this was not the case. Good salesman

Paychex has switched my Specialist and I really didn't want this to happen. I will however give the new specialist a chance, but she will have some big shoes to fill!

Evaluating Paychex Flex and Competitors

Yes - USA Payroll company. They were a terrible company and not providing us with the service we needed.

Because we job cost everything it is essential that Paychex could integrate with our other systems.
Make sure the company can work with our software.Find a company that includes great benefits, right now I have to manually enter each employees elected benefits every year. I was under the impression that Paychex could upload this information from our benefit portal.Make sure that vacation time can be job costed.

I believe we did, reason being I not only do payroll but many other jobs in the company so I do not have time to waste on issues that I need help with
Bryan Bowman has provided me with exceptional support with everything. Example would be helping us get our Non-Qualified plan distribution payrolls set up. Too many to list:)
