Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex
We use Paychex [Flex] for all of our multi sites. We have 2 sites now and are opening the 3rd in November. Its great that I can manage all our sites from my one location dashboard.
- Great place to store employee indicative info
- Has good lines of authority so I can keep some things confidential and some open to employee viewing
- They have a great support system
- They keep you apprised of anything that is new I need to know about
- They offer in-depth oversight if you need it, like help with personnel Handbooks and policy building
- Maybe more state indicative info like compliance
- Would like to have our Katie support back without having to pay extra for her
- Centralization for sure
- Great time saver
- Helpful to have alerts to remember to do somethings
- Training modules are very handy
I haven't used anything like [Paychex Flex] before[,] I have had CPAs do our payroll which was very labor-intensive. This is quick and easy[.]
