Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

Paycom is my go-to for everything in the HR world. We use Applicant Tracking to find the best candidates for our organization. It simplifies the hiring process for our new employees, our supervisors, and myself. Processing payroll couldn't be easier, and utilizing Document and Task Management puts everything we need in one place. The ease of use within the
entire system makes my job much easier.
  • You will not find a better company for customer service. No matter my issue or need, I am always greeted with friendly assistance. I've worked with Paycom for over 10 years as our payroll company, and as they grow they just get better and better.
  • Paycom's wide variety of products allows you to customize Paycom for exactly what your company or organization needs.
  • The ease of use of the entire system is one of the most wonderful things about Paycom. Our employees find it simple to use and as an administrator, it makes my job so much easier.
  • I would like to see all payroll reports be indexed and accessible always.
  • I would like to see a feature for administrators, supervisors, and employees to have an inter-departmental communication system.
  • Other than the suggestions above, I have no other examples where Paycom has room for improvement.
  • Paycom has simplified my role in HR, allowing me more time to connect with our employees.
