Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

Paycom is used across our whole organization. The employees love being able to access their information on their phone app. Currently don't see any business problems with using Paycom.
  • Love the communication that Paycom allows with management/HR/payroll to employees.
  • Easy to make your own custom reports.
  • Onboarding is slick and easy.
  • Excel reports could use a little revamping to make them easier to look at and work with.
  • After implementation, we have definitely saved time.
  • Employees can make their own update and changes to their profiles.
  • Employees are saving time for themselves and admin by making their own changes.
  • Employees are responsible for checking their timecards and making sure everything is correct. If there is missing time, they can also submit time change requests.
  • Employees can make their own accrual request and are able to see their own balances to keep tabs on what they have available to them.
Prior software was our EAP system IQMS. Looked at Ultipro, ADP, and Paylocity.
I would definitely recommend Paycom to anyone who is looking to switch. The support and response time has been amazing.

Yes, we were able to make super upgrades by going to Paycom in the Payroll and HR onboarding and tracking areas compared to what we had prior. We were doing several manual steps that we don't have to anymore.
Practically every time I reached out, the team I worked with was replying within minutes. It is amazing.
Paycom helps our managers to keep up with any request that they are sent that used to be paper on their desk prior to Paycom. Paycom helps all of our employees to feel like they have control of their HR info and the ability to make changes without even being at work.
