Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We use Paycor for our entire organization within the US. We are able to have them take care of paying our taxes as well as cutting payroll which makes our jobs easier.
  • Paycor handles all of the payroll taxes for our organization. This is a strength because as a person who wears multiple hats this allows me to be more nimble and accomplish more.
  • Paycor works and is affordable for businesses small and large. They are able to take your payroll, taxes, hr and other areas and roll them into one nice, neat tool!
  • We have to pay employees outside the country through another method because Paycor cannot work with this country. Having that corrected would give me a single place to process payroll.
  • ROI with Paycor has been several fold over. Prior to having a person with Accounting experience we were able to have a layperson complete and submit payroll. As the company grew and hired a person with Accounting experience it was very easy for that person to pick up the tool and start to use more of the tools that it offers.
ADP is clunky and charges for every little feature. For the lower fee of Paycor we get a much richer experience.
If all of your business is within the US, Paycor is perfect. Easier to use than other tools like ADP and less expensive.

No - We are a small enough organization that is just isn't necessary. We have tried it and just found we didn't use the additional tools enough.
We had a special situation where an employee was paid who had left the company. Our representative worked with me to offer several ways to retrieve the money and helped to decide on the best method. In the end the money was returned without any issues or fees.
