Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

Payroll, and plan to use for performance management, onboarding, recruiting, and training. We are going live 7/1, and am looking forward to having Paycor resolve the challenges we have with our current system.

Not sure. -  I know there will be likely savings of about 1-2 hours 2x per month.
So far so good. We in the middle of the implantation and set up. We go love 7/1. Everything is going according to plan.
We looked at many others as well in our search. Paycor checked off all our priorities of intuitive user interface, ease of use, customer service, reporting, and other services we will be using down the line.
I took over 6 months to select Paycor as our new HRIS system, and they’ve met all of our criteria: user experience, ease of use, accuracy, one database, integration with benefits and 401k, accounting reports and custom reports, and customer support.
