Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We use Paycor for most of our HR processes - payroll, performance reviews, job costing, expense management, goal tracking, employee onboarding, applicant tracking and recruiting, and learning management. Paycor products continue to enhance their product offering and has truly offered our organization a single platform solution for streamlining process and reducing administrative burdens.

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much.
Paycor is incredibly user friendly and easy to use. They have a slew of resources available for admins to learn the products and guides to walk you through various functions of the systems. In cases where the guides are harder to follow or lacking full details and instructions, the support team has been an incredible help at walking through the challenges with us.
Paycor offers a fantastic payroll solution that is easy to use and makes payroll processing simple. The enhancements to the products and new solutions offered play a huge role in simplifying HR processes and reducing administrative burdens such as spreadsheet tracking.
