Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Paylocity is our HRIS and we use it daily for Time and Labor, Payroll, and Onboarding. It is great to have everything online and accessible to employees across several physical locations.

- Tax submission setup implemented incorrectly - caused overdue and timely filing fees and audits from local and state agencies
- Inability to change physical locations for tax purposes with traveling employees.
Better employee satisfaction for access to information online, no paper tracking of PTO or benefits, and easier time clock entries.
We utilized the employee survey tool with great success in the fall - employees had not been able to view aggregated results in years prior, so much better feedback.
Paylocity is known for business unit setup flexibility and 360 integration with external vendors, so we selected them to position us to grow our business.
