Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity is used to manage our organizations HR core. Currently we use it for time tracking, pay, employee engagement, training, expense tracking, onboarding and performance. The full employee life cycle. As both the HRIS administrator and the manager of the HR dept. I can truly say our company would not be where it is today, without paylocity.

Paylocity's automation tools account for 100% of our HR value objectives. It is an amazing product. Coming from ADP Workforce Now it is a complete product that has changed the way we do our business. Employee support through covid was unmatched and we have come to rely upon the service we are used to with paylocity and compare our other department functions to this product.
The community tool helps us to reach our employees that dont have email! it is fantastic!
ADP Workforce Now cannot compete with the customization and user friendly set up of the time & labor module. The user has more control over big company changes and I dont have to call in every time I want to make an update to the set up. That alone saves hundreds of hours. Paylocity is a superior product, has superior customer service and provides a superior user experience. There is no comparison.

If I could I would encourage anyone in HR that I meet to change to paylocity. It can do all the functions of the big box adp that you are used to without the hassle and with a more user friendly experience. Do not wait, make the switch!
