Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We are a HR department of 2 servicing over 1300 employees. Paylocity has streamlined our work flows and reduced our paper intake dramatically. Allowing us to be a very lean and efficient department.

Improved efficiency in a very lean HR Dept. Paylocity has added enough automated processes that we have not had to add to our Dept
We use Community for company wide announcements. That has helped communication dramatically

I have used quite a few HRIS/Payroll systems and this has been the most user friendly platform. The Mobile App is great and constantly improving. We have been able to customize workflows to meet our needs. Customer service has been great on the payroll side. We have had a few hiccups with Benefits, but I think they are worked out now.
