Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use the following functions:
Payroll
Time and Labor - has helped us a great deal with having it be integrated wth payroll.
Recruiting - integration with onboarding has been a huge time saver.
Expenses - saves a lot of time manually entering expense requests
Onboarding
Survey
Community- we have found this to be a great way to deliver notifications/information to ALL of our team members.

  • ACA - would be very helpful to have a person that can walk you through and help you verify that what you are doing is accurate. Especially the first few times with Paylocity
  • Learning Configuration options under CS not just the entities
  • Allow for additional time at Year end. This year was very fast with trying to meet the deadlines
  • Learning - allow to set up learning to automatically launch annually. Not just for new hire events
  • Reduced time errors
  • Reduced manual time entry
  • Better transparency with employees
  • Better Employee access
This has been a game changer for us. We had a different time and attendance system that had to be batched and uploaded. Paylocity saves us a lot of time and is seamless.
We use Community a lot. This has allowed us to deliver company information to all team members.

I really like that I have the ability to customize the modules myself as needed. The knowledge section of Paylocity is very robust and very helpful. All parts integrate very well with minor or no glitches.
