One of the better products available, but support is severely lacking.

We utilize Paylocity extensively for our business operations. Its payroll function ensures timely and accurate payments, while the timekeeping feature aids in tracking employee hours efficiently. Additionally, the recruiting tool simplifies our hiring process, and the staff engagement feature fosters a positive work environment, enhancing overall productivity.

We have not had a chance to utilize the Paylocity automation outside of the onboarding automation. That feature works great in obtaining the necessary items from a new hire prior to them showing up, but the reminders and alerts for managers and others involved in the approval process after that are lacking. Reminder emails are generic and don't provide much context and the actual workflow view of the automation is a little hard to follow.

Paylocity's employee engagement tools, including Community, Peer Recognition (Impressions), Surveys, and Premium Video, have had a significant impact on our business. Community fosters collaboration, Impressions boosts morale, Surveys gather valuable feedback, and Premium Video enhances communication. Together, they've elevated employee satisfaction, strengthened team bonds, and promoted a positive work culture, resulting in improved productivity and retention rates.
