- Easy to use interface for employees
- Always improving software to make it more user friendly
- It has all services under one umbrella to streamline productivity
- Needs to improve PTO accrual system and how vacation is displayed
- Needs to allow cross company feedback for performance reviews
- We need one contact who is knowledgeable about all products, especially those that are intertwined
- Increased time expenditure identifying errors and trying to fix them
- Reporting is quick and easy to use, which reduces errors and helps finance
I spend more time on Paylocity trying to make sure the automation tools are correct, so it is very time consuming. Payroll is easy and the time tracking function is excellent, but communication between Benefits/Spending Accounts and HR & Payroll needs to improve. I'm constantly checking deductions and correcting them since they don't transfer over correctly.
Nobody in our company has used Community or Impressions. We have a Sharepoint site that all employees go to for intracompany information and we separately have a recognition platform. Surveys are about the only function that we use, and this is a very helpful tool to keep track of engagement.
We had Paychex before - they were a huge company and every time you called, you had long wait times and many unresolved issues. You would get passed from one department to the next and it was a waste of time and resources. Getting things resolved with them was difficult.
