Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for HR, Payroll, Timekeeping, Performance, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning Management, and Community. Payroll was the biggest business problem that we had - not being able to run it efficiently and without having to continually get assistance from our old payroll provider. Paylocity helps us streamline not only our payroll but also most of our HR processes!

Automation has been a great benefit to our business, since we are a smaller company. This helps our employees be more self-sufficient, and our management has more time to focus on their jobs.
Our employees are big fans of Community and Impressions. Having several locations helps build an online page where our employees can discuss, post articles, and highlight each other.
We selected Paylocity due to the price, functionality, and customer service.

Paylocity is well suited for do-it-yourself companies, where you do not need a lot of handholding. Paylocity is also well-suited for companies that need to streamline their HR department.
