Overall Satisfaction with Pipedrive
I started using Pipedrive as my main outreach tool. I've imported all the contacts that I had and created several templates for outreach. So the basics would be that I would send initial outreach mail and change the state of that deal to the next state. Then I would follow up on that outreach email if there were no answer for about 3 days. The main purpose of using Pipedrive was to get in touch with as many contacts in as less time possible with best possible results.
- Labeling Contacts.
- Adding notes to deals and pinning them to the top.
- Email integration with any email provider/client.
- Bulk contacting. Pipedrive does not have the option to send one email to multiple contacts at once, but instead, you would have to send them 1 by 1.
- Not so great customization of importing data to Pipdrive through csv files. Too many required fields that don't even make sense.
- Pipedrive have 3 different variations of packages that you can subscribe too, I would recommend Gold one but it comes at a solid price of $30 per person which is too much for me, so I had to opt out for a Silver deal later on.
- There isn't a really negative impact on ROI, as long as you are fine with the price tag Pipedrive will definitely help you with your tasks.
Pipedrive gives you a nice versatility over some other CRM software, but it comes at the price of customization, work automation and bulk contacting. There are however lots of integrations with other software and lots of upgrades that you could purchase but it's a bit too complicated to use for a common folk.
