Overall Satisfaction with Pipedrive

We use Pipedrive in our organization primarily as a CRM. We use it to set reminders on following up with potential clients, tracking activities (phone calls, emails, etc.) as well as a tool for tracking data such as close ratios, performance metrics and much more. Pipedrive has helped our sales team stay accountable and keep all of our customer data organized and in one place for easy access.
  • Sends reminders when you need to follow up on a project.
  • Keeps your open opportunities organized and top of mind.
  • Tracks your performance data so you have a clear idea of what areas you are successful in or need to allocate additional resources to.
  • Being able to send video messages to clients from the app would be helpful
  • Configuring reports can be hard sometimes as the fields for sorting data can be confusing
  • Have a cleaner integration into outlook. It can be difficult to send emails sometimes from Pipedrive sometimes if it doesn't sync up with your email.
  • Pipedrive has helped our sales forecasting dramatically and increased the accuracy of our forecasting so our projected sales are now 90% accurate
  • Pipedrive has helped us increase sales and helped our company grow over 30% from 2020 by keeping our sales team consistent with their follow ups
  • Pipedrive has helped us shorten our typical sales period by an average of 5 days because our follow up has been more consistent and we are closing deals faster
We switched from Microsoft Dynamics to Pipedrive because Pipedrive was more cost effective and gave us more control over the custom fields we could make that applied directly to our company. It also was a much easier software to navigate and the sales team was using it a lot faster and utilizing a lot more of the tools it offered compared to what Microsoft Dynamics had.

Pipedrive is very easy to use and it has a very clean interface so when you are setting up a new client or a new lead the way you enter that information in is designed to make sure you have all the correct information you will need for future follow up activities.
Pipedrive support has been very good and they usually will respond to an issue within an hour and have a solution to you withing 24 hours. They have always been courteous and helpful and they make sure that your experience is always smooth when working with them.
Pipedrive is a great tool for sales teams that have a longer sales cycle and need to keep track of deal progress over time without losing the details of an opportunity. Pipedrive may not be the best tool for sales teams that have a very short close period as Pipedrive is focused more on opportunities that have several steps in the sales process.
