Overall Satisfaction with Pipefy

We use Pipefy to manage and streamline process execution between departments, such as bills to pay, contract analysis, incident reporting, and risk management. Pipefy's forms are the connection between teams and guarantee seamless and human-proof process execution, assuring no steps are forgotten or tasks left behind by whoever is responsible for a process.
  • Standardize process execution
  • Process pipeline customization
  • Connect demanders and executors
  • Reporting
  • User interface may be overwhelming
  • Further customization options
  • Centralizing demand
  • Process standardization
  • Formalizing process
  • Mitigate errors
  • Avoid losses do to failing process and organization
  • Facilitate prioritization and demand overview
We started using software we already had (such as Slack and Sheets) but this software is not actually ideal to manage processes, which led to errors, miscommunication, and execution problems. Trello is good for managing demand but offers no process customization or approval and Jira is too focused on development for our needs, and also hard to customize.

Would you buy Pipefy again?

Yes

Pipefy is ideal for managing processes, as its high customization potential allows businesses to fit their process into the software and oversee execution that would normally be dealt with via spreadsheets, various other software, or even paper or messaging. By customizing and adding your process to the tool you ensure execution standards and mitigate errors and overlooking. This is not to be confused with demand management tools such as kanban boards which often offer little to no customization and requisites.
