Overall Satisfaction with Playvox

Playvox is being used by my organization as a tool of self-improvement and knowledge, which will generally help the company as a whole. There is a team that works in Playvox and constantly sends us news e-mails and sometimes teaches us things we can learn to improve our treatment with clients, as well as tips we can add to our daily work. Furthermore, we also receive weekly evaluations of our voice tone with clients. Through the services of Playvox there is an uplift in our workroom.

In our company, we have used Qulture Rocks which is another platform that helps in the development of employees and helps the company provide the best quality for all of us. At the end of each survey, they have a way to donate to an institution. This is something Playvox could also do because we are going through a pandemic and any help is help.

In our company, the employees receive weekly evaluations of their work. It's an amazing way of knowing if your improvement is going well or not. In Playvox, we have easy access to all of that information, which is good, so we can see how things are going. At this point, Playvox is perfect. We can see our mistakes and how we have done well.
