Overall Satisfaction with PrinterLogic

Printerlogic does not put a reliance on a server on premise. We no longer need a print server in our branches that are solely there for the purpose of print services reducing the cost of tin. Central cloud admin management makes it simple to set up new printers and manage printing requirements in one place for all branches. Once the agent is installed on the node it is simple to choose printer required and link to it for printing needs. It works for any make model or type, be it a desk top printer or copier. Sharing printer access across networks is simple to implement using remote support.
  • Central administration
  • Easy deployment
  • Quick set up
  • Reliable cloud services
  • Works seamlessly with our new ERP
  • Nothing comes to mind
  • Central administration
  • Easy to implement, distribute printing access and maintain.
  • Cost effective
  • Fewer support calls with failed printing issues related to server problems
  • Most calls are related to how to install or gain access to a printer from a novice end user
It's simple, doesn't rely on Microsoft and you'll get fewer issues that Microsoft introduce to their print services because it isn't Microsoft reliant. No more printer patch nightmares, no more queue issues, and no need to have equipment onsite dedicated to providing network printing.
Most users grasp the concept of the agent and how to install and direct their printing easily. There is no capex requirement to maintain and replace servers every 3 to 5 years as the service is SaaS on Vasion's servers in a data centre somewhere. It's fast, no issues with printing, performance is not impaired just because you don't have an onsite server any more.
None at this stage.
