Overall Satisfaction with Printfection
We use Printfection to design, store and distribute all swag to our students and staff: ~2,000 students graduate from our programs each year and each is offered a swag link upon graduation We hire ~200 new employees each year, and each receives a swag link in their onboarding email We send end-of-year gifts to our ~230 employees, which sometimes includes swag links
- Distribution of different product types, which I've typically seen requires multiple vendors
- Autonomy - once inventory is ready, end users can own the full distribution process
- Responsiveness to customer support requests
- Products remain in giveaways despite stockouts, causing order errors - would be great to automatically remove anything that is OOS
- Order errors are not alerted to end-user and can remain in the queue for months - would be great to get some sort of repeat notice until issues are addressed
- Would love it if we could receive more partnership/inspiration on design for those of us less creative types!
- Giveaway links that automatically collect addresses / information
- Drop ship return orders as we often over-distribute our swag to campuses
- Campaign manager where the end-user can add/remove products to the same links as needed
- Positive - Student engagement; our graduates look forward to the sweatshirts they receive upon graduation
- Positive - Costs; having all products on a single platform saves our marketing team time
- Negative - Time expenditure; our platform owner spends 1 - 2 hours per week addressing order issues
N/A; this is my first experience with swag vendors
