Overall Satisfaction with Printfection

We use Printfection to customize swag for events, customer gifts, and employee gifts. Printfection allows us to expand our brand visibility through high quality merch that gets delivered quickly and seamlessly.
  • Customer service - Printfection is always quick to respond when we have a question!
  • Onboarding - Their team is always willing to onboard our new team members. They offer demo calls and video recordings to get new employees comfortable with the platform.
  • Quick responses - I've never waited more than 1 business day to get a response from the Printfection team. They're so fast and helpful!
  • Adding more luxury brands to their inventory catalog - we're sometimes looking for well known brands that aren't available in Printfection.
  • Allowing customer kit names to be customized - we're reworking how we structure our customer kits, so this isn't an issue anymore, but previously we weren't able to customize the name of each kit. We would instead have to go by the messaging inside the kit, ex: "thanks for being a customer" vs. "thanks for being a customer!" vs. "thanks for being a customer." instead of being able to label them "enterprise", "SMB" etc.
  • Quick turnaround time for approvals - we're never waiting longer than a few days to receive a proof. And the team always reminds us when they're waiting on approval for something!
  • Easy to use dashboard
  • Increased brand visibility through swag at events
  • Positive feedback from clients who have received our swag - seeing our t shirts out and about, our stickers on folks' laptops, etc
  • Positive impact on our relationship building with future clients
Always responsive - if we have a change in customer support management, we know right away and are offered an onboarding call. The Printfection team turns around proofs within a day or so, which is faster than any other platform I've personally worked with at other jobs. We have a great personal relationship with their CS team that makes working together really easy and fun.

Love Printfection and would highly recommend to a colleague! Their team is friendly, quick to respond, and helpful with our niche requests. The platform is easy to use and our team hasn't had any issues learning how to use it.
