Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We use procore for all of our contract needs. It helps us process contracts in a timely manner. We're able to share plans, changes scopes of work and more with all the subs. Anyone involved in the project can communicate and share information and even photos of progress on the project. Procore makes my job easier by saving me multiple steps in the process of paperwork. Procore also allows me to be more involved with the project and see the progress without actually being in the field. Procore is used by the project coordinators, superintendents, project managers and even the VP and president of the company. Procore is great for viewing plans so that cost associated with printing plans is not overwhelming.
- Being able to load plans and getting a list of construction documents in PDF is awesome. Without this, I would have to use Excel and type a spreadsheet listing them all as we use this in our contracts.
- The submittal log is the same way. We can enter submittals and you can print a PDF of all submittals which also goes in our contracts.
- Being able to load photos of progress is a great tool as well as people who are not in the field can see first hand how things are going.
- We sometimes get kicked out of procore because of the amount of users. If the problem persist for a length of time we are behind.
- We had an issue with needing to delete over 400 submittals because the architect wanted them listed differently and we are having to delete one at a time which is taking us several days. There should be a way for us to call procore and have them reset them.
- we would like our accounting system we use to be merged somehow so that what is put in our system will automatically roll to procore.
- Webinars are free with no extra cost for updates.
- Educational videos to help with training without added expense.
- By viewing plans on procore, it avoids printing cost.
- Foundation
Foundation does not allow you to do all of what procore does. It is geared more towards the accounting side. With only using Foundation there are more steps to all the paperwork side. Procore saves on hourly wages as work is easier and more time efficient. It saves on ink purchasing and paper.

Procore has always been helpful and responds quickly. From the time I started using procore, training and learning how things worked I have always had the help I needed.
