Overall Satisfaction with Procore
In an attempt to centralize all forms of communication and documentation throughout the life of our projects, we turn to Procore as the answer. Not only does it allow for better communication amongst project team members but it enhances the overall over/subcontractor experience when working with our company and Procore. It allows us to be consistent with procedure and replicate our success across all projects.
- Accepts Criticism - Procore has a vast array of functionality, but there are times that they cannot do things. Through their innovation link you can submit ideas for adoption and actually communicate and interact with others who have the same problems to find a solution.
- Customer Service - By phone, email, or live chat, Procore's support staff is wonderful. They are very knowledgeable about the software and are very quick to solve any problems you might have
- As much as it pains me to say, at this point in time Procore isnt the "End All Be All" program. They certainly have room to improve. They have partner integrations with dozens of external programs to supplement the needs of contractors and other involved parties, but they still have some framework that could improve the Procore Platform.

Procore has a much more vast functionality. Its truly much more than a document management system like many other programs out there. Its have the capabilities to be a central location for every aspect of a construction project. And not to mention I think Procore has one of the greatest user interfaces out there for this type of program. In this industry we don't always have the most technologically savvy people, but with this easy going program, people are becoming experts in its use.
