Overall Satisfaction with Procore
We use Procore for documents and communication between PM's, Superintendents, Owners, Architects, and subs. Procore helps ensure everyone has access to the most current drawings, helps track who needs to do what with documents, protects everyone with CO's, and generally keeps everyone up to date and honest.
- Procore is user friendly.
- Their customer support is wonderful.
- Figuring out how to download pictures from Procore was a little tricky.
The unlimited user license is a wonderful selling point with Procore. With multiple subs, on multiple jobs, and each sub having different users, plus owners and architects, and our own company having many people needing access, it would not have been beneficial if we had to pay per user.
