Overall Satisfaction with Procore
It is being used to manage and document progress on our construction projects. Procore has been most useful in enabling us to centralize and standardize the information and processes we use.
- The drawings and specifications tools are extremely useful for making project documents easily accessible in the field.
- Directory tool also ensures our contacts are updated and accessible to field personnel.
- Permissions templates enable safe collaboration project stakeholders both inside and outside the company.
- Procore is extremely focussed on continuous integration support via searchable support archives, online chat, phone support, podcast sessions, training modules.
- It would be nice if the photos tool could include subfolders similar to the documents tool.
- More flexibility and visual simplicity in the timesheets tool.
I looked at several other program options online and found Procore to be the most flexible and adaptive to our company needs for a price we could afford.
We have definitely benefited from the cloud-based access which enables collaboration between the office and field personnel on a regular basis, through generating RFIs and sharing of photos, documents, contact directory, etc.
