The tool is used to administer design and construction projects. Procore is the subcontractor facing tool used to distribute and share contract documents and communicate scheduling and design directives.

Procore is better oriented to users both in the office and the field than other products used.
Documents are quickly distributed from design professionals to the field with an indication of the latest release. Excuses for working off of outdated drawings should be an issue of the past.
- Paper copies of drawings are no longer distributed. Contractors are responsible for managing their own digital versions of drawings.
- All contractors are in the loop when design directives alter construction on the site.

Latest release of drawings and specifications is extremely important to keep contractors up to date.
