Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Procore is being used in the civil engineering division of our A/E firm and more-so during the construction phase of a project. While the majority of the users are professional engineers, company inspectors, and administrative staff, there are licensed architects within the firm using Procore when the project scope involves architectural design and technical specifications. The main business problem that Procore addresses within our firm is the ability to provide our clients real-time accessibility and project progression updates at the tips of their fingers.
- Industry language & standards
- User accessibility
- Great communication between Procore technical team and users when questions/comments/concerns arise
- Integrating user templates better
- RFI close outs need to mirror Submittal close outs
- Have trainings geared more towards A/E firms. Most are geared towards contractors
We actually currently use BOTH programs. Newforma is used globally across the company and is our primary software for project management. Procore was brought in as a supplement. Both are good.
HUGE BENEFIT. Jobsites are often in an area of low to no-service/reception and the working offline option has been PHENOMENAL!
- Increased efficiency
- Saved time
- Saved paper
- Gain visibility into projects
- Ensure information is accessible and up to date
- Document job site conditions
- Report on incidents and inspections
- Identify job site risks
App is easy to navigate. Everything is real time.
