Overall Satisfaction with Procore

We use Procore to manage all of the project documents, RFIs, meetings, photos, and submittal. We also use it for safety and quality control. It has drastically reduced the number of mistakes on site due to people having the wrong information. Everyone is working off of the same set of drawings and all of the information is readily available on site.
  • Handles photos very well and makes taking them and storing them easy.
  • RFI and submittal workflows are very efficient and they help streamline the process.
  • Meeting minutes can be completed as you are holding meetings and generally can be sent out without any real adjustments directly after the meeting is completed.
  • Windows application is not great.
Procore had everything we wanted in one system. The others we reviewed had some or most of the features we wanted, but Procore was the only one that had everything.
Having unlimited users and storage has allowed us to have our entire project team working in the same system. By doing this we all save time as we don't have to individually update our plans, RFI logs, submittal logs, etc.
  • Saved time and increased efficiency by reducing mistakes on site.
  • We have cut down on printing paper plans and specifications and almost don't do it at all anymore for all new projects.
  • Gain visibility into projects
  • Ensure information is accessible and up to date
  • Document job site conditions
  • Report on incidents and inspections
The PM module is the one we use the most. This module has allowed us to have a one-stop shop where we can see all of our projects that are currently being built. The dashboard gives us an idea of where the project stands and allows us to "visit" the site more often by browsing the photos.
The software itself is user-friendly, but setting up processes specific to your company takes time. There are forms that need to be created and security settings that are very important, but also very time-consuming. There is no way around this in my opinion, but it does take time to get it up and running and working properly.
Procore is excellent at handling project documentation and overall project coordination. The scheduling side of the program is a bit hard to use and not very intuitive.
