Overall Satisfaction with Procore

I use Procore to get real time information to our onsite personnel. Information is at their fingertips that before was only in the office setting.

  • Information is accessible anywhere.
  • I wish the submittal work flow was a little more user-friendly.
  • I would like a better scheduling tool.
  • The tools are different from laptop to Apple to Android. This can be a little confusing.

The drawings, submittals, and specs are available for our persons on the job site. This is so valuable.
This is something that we have benefited from the most. We can get information to the field guys from the engineer or the owner. The office can get important information to everyone as soon as it is available.
We have to have submittals and specifications onsite. Before we used huge books with paper that often were left in the work trucks. When a new person was onsite, they often did not have this information readily available. With Procore, I simply add them to the project and it is all there on their phone or tablet within minutes, seconds even.

Integrating Procore

It takes time to get contacts, etc. into the system. Other than that it is very easy to integrate. There are volumes of help to get this accomplished.
